(1991),\u00a0<em>JBIS<\/em>, 44, pp.297-306<\/h3>\n<p><strong>Refcode:\u00a0<\/strong>1991.44.297<\/p>\n<p><strong>Abstract:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Simulations are used extensively at both U1e German Space Operations Centre (Oberfaffenhofen, Germany) and the European Space Operations Centre (ESOC) for TT&amp;V of the on-ground systems and operations associated with the spacecraft. In essence, the simulator reacts in a realistic manner to commands generated by the on-ground systems and generates realistic telemetry based on this reaction in order to close the loop with the on-ground systems.
