(1998), <em>JBIS<\/em>, 51, pp.185-194<\/h3>\n<p><strong>Refcode:\u00a0<\/strong>1998.51.185<\/p>\n<p><strong>Abstract:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>In this paper we study interstellar travel through wormholes that have a hyperboloidal, cylindrical, ellipsoidal, spherical or conical shape, i.e. a quadric shape. The Morris-Thorne solution (1988) of the Einstein equations is the mathematical framework in which these wormholes are described .
