Abstract:

Before continuing with the primary task of this paper, it is necessary to guess at the possible worlds surrounding an infant terraforming operation, say 0n Mars. It is possible that we are discussing an initiation time between 2050 and 2100, with terraforming then proceeding for the rest of the millennium. While the option of terraforming Mars will likely exist at some point in the future, long before such technology and political and economic wills exist, we will be able to colonize and industrialize the Moon.
