Abstract:
Part one of this paper investigated cycler trajectories between Earth and the giant planets Jupiter and Saturn. Here in part two, some design concepts for a suitable deep-space cycler station, dubbed Olympica, are presented. With a mass in the region of 16 million tonnes, it would be able to accommodate around 10,000 people on multi-year crossings between the inner and outer Solar System.
