Abstract:

An interesting and little-known field of microbiology is that relating to the problem of conservation of viability of microorganisms getting from the Earth surface into the atmospheric layers, both those near the ground and the upper regions, where they undergo the actions of complex extreme factors: low values of humidity, temperature and pressure, sudden temperature drops, turbulence and impurities of air layers, cloudiness, solar radiation and periodical drying-wetting phenomena.
