Abstract:

The Moon is a premier site for astronomy, solar system studies and space science. At the COSPAR General Assembly in The Hague in 1990, it was proposed to hold a symposium on “Astronomy and Space Science from the Moon” for COSPAR 1992 in Washington. This symposium took place as part of the COSPAR/IAF World Space Congress from August 31st to September 3rd 1992.
