Abstract:

Physicists such as John Wheeler suggest that quantum fluctuations in the energy of the vacuum occur throughout all space at scales of distance of magnitude 10-³³ cm. And their investigations have indicated that the amplitude of these quantum fluctuations can be of magnitude 10¹⁶ ergs.
