Exhibitor Package

Exhibition space is limited and will be allocated strictly on a first come, first served basis.

The Exhibitor Package includes:

✓ One 3m x 2m exhibition space positioned in the Exhibitors’ Hall
✓ One table, two chairs, and an electrical power socket
✓ Overnight hold between the days of the conference
✓ Exhibitors listing on the Reinventing Space website (logo, company name and 100-word description required)
✓ Delegate ticket(s) to the conference (see details below)
✓ 1 Standard Three-Day Delegate Ticket + 1 Three-Day Exhibitor pass

Exhibitor Package £950 + VAT

Please contact the Reinventing Space team at RISpace@bis-space.com after purchasing to provide the names of the representatives from your company attending each day, and to discuss details around the exhibition.

Please note – if you have purchased either the Platinum, Diamond or Gold Sponsorship options, you will either have an Exhibitor Package already included for free (Platinum), or are entitled to a discount on purchasing an Exhibitor Package (Diamond 50%, Gold 25%).
