Abstract:
Humans will eventually settle on the Moon and use it as the operational base for space exploration and establishment of a two-planet culture in the 21st century. Lunar resource mining, processing and manufacturing are prime segments in the lunar infrastructure and will be supportive of lunar-base operations, space exploration and terrestrial economy.
