Abstract:
A yet-to-be-built globular television, proposed in 1991 by J. Andrew Ross, may soon provide macro-engineers and terraformers with a tool whereby their planned public work s could be seen in the living rooms and offices of supportive taxpayers and ratepayers. Terraformers and macro-engineers ought to welcome this advancement in tiny computers and large TV displays which are spherical.
