Abstract:

Many experiments produce a vast volume of data which presents the experimenter with the problem of getting at the information. This paper describes the implementation of a stereo vision software package to be used in getting the quantitative data from a sequence of recorded video images of growing plants. The package is then used to analyse their growth.
