BIS member David Mackay, former chief pilot at Virgin Galactic, will speak of his experiences in the development of a hand-flown, air-launched, winged spaceship and what the future holds for human spaceflight and space tourism.

The event will be on Thursday 11th September 2025 at 1900 BST. Our Speaker will be delivering this talk in-person with an audience at our HQ building in London. The talk will also be live-streamed online on Zoom for additional virtual online attendance.
Please note: this meeting will be recorded both on Zoom and from the lecture room. By attending the meeting either virtually, or in-person, you acknowledge your consent to this.
